Cash on collection is the preferred method of payment,but i also accept Personal cheques,Postal orders and payment by credit/debit card via Paypal (please add 4% to cover the costs involved).Paypal payments by credit / debit card should be sent via www.paypal.com and then paid direct to ma.breeze@btinternet.com
Shipping details.
All fish can be collected in person which is preferred but shipping can be arranged for delivery Tues-Fri.All fish are bagged and shipped at 5pm for Next Day Special Delivery,before 1pm service.Signature will be required upon receipt of delivery.
Saturday Special Delivery (1pm service) is now available at an added cost of only 2.50 per package. Ideal for customers who cannot receive midweek deliveries due to work committments etc....
Prices for shipping are as follows: UK orders....
Up to 1kg, Approx 1 pair or trio of fish, Small fish box. 7.50.
Up to 2kg, Approx 6 - 8 fish, Small fish box. 10.00.
Up to 10kg, Approx 40-50 fish, Large fish box. 25.00.
Overseas(Continental) shipping prices can be arranged upon request.
The amount of fish per package is obviously limited to the size of the fish required,the above examples of quantities are for Apistogramma and Microgeophagus species (adult fish).
In cold weather 1.50 will be added to small fish box prices and 3.00 to large fish box price for Heat Packs.These will only be used as and when required to keep customers costs down.
All fish are shipped in Styro insulated fish boxes using heat packs(when required).Fish will be double bagged and oxygen added.All transportation water is medicated using Kordons Professional for stress relief during shipping and Kordons Amquel Plus ammonia remover.
When Styro insulated boxes are not available fish will be sent in Cardboard boxes insulated with Styro and/or Bubble wrap.
3 days notice is required of a suitable delivery date.The fish need to be prepared for transportation.Not fed for 2 days etc prior to despatch to purge stomach contents, thus reducing problems with toxicity in transportation water.
Live arrival will be guaranteed on all UK orders.
Any fish arriving dead should be reported to me within 24 hours of receipt. Dead fish should be returned and will be replaced or customer reimbursed for the cost of the fish in question.
A signature is required upon delivery. No losses that arise from customer neglect, failure to accept package or failure to supply signature for package on specified delivery date will be reimbursed under any circumstances.
Unfortunately Live arrival cannot be guaranteed on any overseas (Continental) orders. Delivery is at customers own risk however every possible effort is made to ensure that fish reach their destination in good health.
